  1. Place all ingredients in a blender except onions and spices.

  2. In a hot sufuria,pour two tablespoons of oil…add in the chopped onions…cook till browned.

  3. Add in the spices and salt and cook for about two minutes.

  4. Add in the blended puree and stir….

  5. Add in your ndengu and cook covered for about 10minutes on medium heat…stirring when necessary ensuring it doesnt stick.

  6. Add in chopped Dania,stir and take off heat…

  7. Serve with starch of your choice.
