Ingredients of Surti papdi shakkariya sabji

  1. You need 250 gm of Papdi.

  2. It’s 100 gm of Sakariya.

  3. Prepare 2 tsp of oil.

  4. You need 1/2 tsp of carrom seeds.

  5. It’s 1/2 tsp of til.

  6. You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.

  7. It’s 1 tsp of coriander powder.

  8. It’s 1 tsp of garam masala.

  9. You need 1 tsp of paste of garlic ginger chilli.

  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of sugar.

  11. You need 1 tsp of methi and green garlic.

  12. It’s to taste of Salt.

Add the surti papdi lilva and a little water and stir well.

Add salt to taste and a mix of coriander and cumin powder.

Garam masala can be added at this point if required.

Cook covered in a pot or pressure cooker. (Cooking time will be lesser when cooked in a pressure cooker).

Surti papdi shakkariya sabji step by step

  1. First of all.. add 2 spoon oil in cooker.after heating oil…add all masalas like half t s ajma, til,1 t b haldi, 1 s coriandar powder, 1 t spoon garam masala, half spoon sugar, salt as per your taste, 1 tsp ginder garlic chilli paste, half tsp hing, and then sotay it..

  2. Add papdi and shakariya.. and mixed it well..and sotay it.

  3. And half cup of water to cook. Cook until 2 vessels of cooker…

  4. And then add lots of coriander and serve it…Now your dish is Ready to serve and enjoy.๐Ÿ˜Š.
