  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of Coriander.

  1. First collect all the ingredients.wash and cut all tomatoes,1green chilli,ginger,garlic and made the fine paste of it.made powder of quinoa in the mixer jar..

Batter sticking to the pan - Let the poured batter cook on one side.

Add enough oil or ghee on the sides of the uttapam for easy flipping.

Once the top seems dry enough then flip the uttapam just like a pancake.
