  1. Boil water till is boiled and pour in the rice.allow to boil very well for 10mins.wash and rinse off very well.place back on heat and boil add salt and leave it till water dries off..

  4. While the pepper is boiling cover the pot and bleach the oil for 10mins.bring down from fire and allow to cool off..

  5. Put back the oil on heat and add sliced onion.let it fry and add iru allow both to fry till is there is a bubble of palm oil on top..

  6. Boil the meat with salt,onion and Maggi.when is almost done add the fish.set aside..

  7. Add meat to the boiling oil stir and let it fry till oil comes up..

  8. Add the boiled pepper and stir let it fry untill oil floats on top.add ground crayfish..

  9. Stir and let the crayfish cool and combine with the stew.rstew.reduce the heat and let the stew fry till the oil comes up again..

  10. Add the fish and egg.taste for salt..

  11. Cut plantain in desirable size add salt.place a dry pan on fire add groundnut oil.leave for 3 mins then add plantain to fry stir and bring down when is ready.enjoy with your meal..
