  9. As the vegetable is cooked add the paste boil it just once. Makr sure the gravy is not too much.

  10. Pour it in a container and decorate with fine cut coriander, green chilli and a 1 tsps of mustard oil.

And they do make a great side-dish.

They do remind me of Sheem Begon shorshe that we used to prepare back home.
