Easiest Way to Special at dinner Multi flour instant Dosa Delicious, fresh and tasty.

I adapted the recipe given at the back of the pack with few adjustments to suit our taste.

It can be called as multi grain dosa too.

We call this dosa as karachamaavu dosa,as flour is mixed and made into dosa.

You can have Multi flour instant Dosa using 10 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Multi flour instant Dosa

  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of Ragi flour.

  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of Bajra flour.

  3. It’s 1/2 cup of Jowar flour.

  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of Rice flour.

  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of Corn flour.

  6. It’s of Green chillies 2 chopped (as per taste).

  7. It’s 2 tsp of Cumin whole.

  8. You need 1 tsp of Garlic paste.

  9. You need of Water 4cups(should be pouring consistency, increase if required).

  10. You need of Oil as required.

How to Make Mixed Flour Dosa.

Combine all the flours, semolina and salt together.

Grind coconut, green chilies and cumin to a coarse paste with some water.

Beat the curd till smooth and stir in the ground paste.

Multi flour instant Dosa instructions

  1. Mix all the flours along with the garlic paste, chopped chillies and cumin.

  2. Add water to make a pouring consistency. Keep aside for 30min..

  3. Drizzle some white oil on a non stick tawa. Keep the flame on medium.

  4. Take a laddle of the batter and pour from a height to form net like design..

  5. Let it cook, drizzle some oil and flip to cook from the other side for few seconds..

  6. Serve hot with coriander or coconut chutney..

Add the curd mixture to the flour mixture.

Add enough water and mix till smooth.

The batter must be slightly thinner than usual dosa.

And if the instant variety can be made with a combination of healthy flours, even better :) Once in a while I make some form of instant dosa, sometimes with wheat flour as the star ingredient, sometimes oat flour and sometimes with different variety of flours like this version of multigrain dosa I posted earlier.
