  4. Add tomatoes and saute till it turns mushy.

  5. Add the spice powder and garam masala.

  6. Add eggs to it and mix well.

  7. Do not allow the eggs to scramble.

  8. Add the cut pieces of parotta to it.

  9. Mix well till egg mixture coats parottas well.

  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
