  3. It’s 50 g of butter.

  4. It’s 2 tbsp of apple juice.

  5. Prepare 3 tbsp of honey.

  6. It’s 50 g of dried apricots.

  7. You need 75 g of raisins.

  8. Prepare 50 g of dried stoned dates.

Mix to fully combine, ensuring no dried oats remain.

Fold the oats into the mashed banana, then pour in the butter and honey syrup and stir until everything is well combined.

Spoon the mixture into the baking dish and smooth the top.
