  9. It’s to taste of Salt.

  10. It’s 1/2 of Lemon.

  14. Prepare 2 tbspn of Oil.

  15. You need 2 tsp of Ghee.

I have eaten soya nuggets at my relatives places and it tasted fine.

I normally soak the nuggets in boiling water, squeeze out all the water from the nuggets and cook it along with a vegetable such as spinach or beans.

  6. Then add in the measured quantity of water, salt and squeeze the lemon juice in it. Now add the boiled soya in it. Check the salt and spice level. Adjust according to your taste. Mix well..

  7. And then let it cook on low to medium flame without the whistle(weight). When it gets cooked, turn off the gas. Let it rest in the cooker itself for 5 minutes..

  8. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with any raita of your choice, or plain curd, salad, pickle and papad or some fryums as I have done here..
