  1. Wash poha and keep it aside for 10 minutes..

  2. To a mixing bowl. Add thik curd and sugar. Beat this curd becomes smooth and sugar gets dissolved in it..

  3. Add the washed poha,cardamom pods and chopped mix nuts. mix well. and serve..

Wash the poha/chuda well in a couple of changes of water.

Whip yogurt well with honey or jaggery.
