You can cook Cornflaks upma using 16 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Cornflaks upma

It’s 1 cup of Corn flaks.

It’s 1/2 tsp of Rai.

It’s 1 tsp of Oil.

Prepare 5 of Curry leaves.

You need 1/3 cup of Chopped carrot.

Prepare 1 of Chopped capsicum.

You need 1/3 cup of Chopped cauliflower.

You need 1 tsp of Chopped ginger and garlic.

You need 1/2 tsp of Salt.

Heat oil in heavy bottomed kadhai.

I bought a pack of corn rava last month and had been trying different recipes with it.
Cornflaks upma step by step

Tak a wok.

Add oil in it.

When oil become hot add rai and curry leaves in it.

Then add ginger garlic paste in it and saute it.

Then add all vegetables in it and saute it..

Then add corn flaks in it and cook it on slow flame for 10 minutes.

Add lemon juice and chopped coriander in it.

Mix it well and serve hot..
This is just like our regular rava upma cooks within few minutes and best during mornings when we run in the kitchen.
Turn off the fire and add lime juice and garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
Give cornflakes an Indian touch by making upma for an alternative breakfast option.
Heat cooking oil and sauté mustard seeds, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes.
Add finely crushed cornflakes and drizzle with a little water.
