Prepare Daal Bhhajia:…. blend all except salt, methhi n bhhaji, should not put much water… just like we blend for vadas… Cause you will use palms to shape the bhajia and put in oil for deep frying, til golden brown color.

  1. Prepare mini Bateta Vadas: Boil n mash potatoes, mix all ingredients together n make small balls

Batter for ateta Vadas:…. make thin batter, dip each ball in it n deep fry to golden brown

Coconut Chutney:….blend all well with lemon juice n little water

Make Tapioca Crisps: 1 big Cassava (Tapioca/ Mhogo)….peel cassava wash and dry with kitchen towel… grate on towel so all water drains der… deep fry till crisped up… when all done sprinkle salt n chilli powder….
