  1. Firstly take a cooker add dal and all veg gourd, potato or any other u like add salt and boil it for 35 minutes.

  3. For dosa boil potato and peel it now take a pan add oil now onion and tomato fry it now add turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder and boil potato.

  4. Now take dosa batter add water as reqried now take non stick tava heat it spread oil on tava.

  5. Spread dosa batter in round now cook both side.

  6. Put some potatoveg in it now fold it.

  7. Serve dosa with sambhar.
