You can have Super Smoothie using 6 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Super Smoothie

  1. You need 1/2 cup of Vanilla Yogurt (or flavor of your choice).

  2. It’s 1 cup of Frozen Fruit or Berries.

  3. It’s 1/4 cup of Apple Juice (or flavor of your choice).

  4. You need 1 tsp of Flax Seed (optional).

  5. Prepare 1 of Whip Cream (optional).

  6. It’s 1 of Mint Leaves (optional).

When buying nut milk, make sure the carton is marked unsweetened.

You don't really need the added sugar when you are using fruit in your smoothie.

I love cashew milk - it's super creamy and delicious.
