Curd poha (flattened rice). Dahi poha / thayir aval recipe - a simple and refreshing recipe of flattened rice / beaten rice with seasoned creamy yogurt. This recipe is very easy and is almost similar to the preparation of curd rice. Dahi poha is one of my favorite recipes for hot summer days as poha doesn't require much cooking time and yogurt is very cooling.
Sugar: To add the right amount of sweetness, little it of sugar is added to make poha in "dhai".
Cardamom: Cardamom is added to add flavor to the prepared Indian dish.

Wash poha with water and keep it aside. Heat oil in one pan, add mustard, and jeera, saute well. Add pea nuts, chopped chillies, & dry chilli too. Add salt and sugar Roast well and off the gas stove..

Add fresh curd to washed poha, & add roasted masala & mix well. Decorate with chopped coriander leaves and serve it as breakfast. Or evening time too..
