Yamarita with Fish Sauce instructions

  1. Cut the yam and slice into pieces..

  2. Parboil for 10 mins, drain and keep aside. Mix salt, grind dry Pepper, grinded crayfish with flour. Pick each piece of yam, rub inside the flour and place in a tray. Break and whisk the egg. Heat the groundnut oil. Pick a piece of yam, deep inside the egg and place in the hot oil to fry. Do this for all the pieces of yam..

  3. Clean, wash and steam the fresh fish with seasoning. Keep aside. Chop onions, Fresh tomatoes, Fresh Pepper. Heat the groundnut oil in a dry pot, add the onions, Fresh pepper and tomatoes, allow to simmer. Add the steam fresh fish, add salt to taste and stir. Check if properly cooked.

  4. Serve the Yamarita with the fresh fish sauce with any drink of your choice..
