Recipe: Yummy Avocado Spinach Hummus Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Avocado Spinach Hummus. Chickpeas: I prefer no salt added canned chickpeas for my hummus, so the hummus isn't too salty or high in sodium. However, you can always rinse the chickpeas for a little longer to help remove some of the added salt. This avocado spinach hummus is creamy, healthy and incredibly tasty.
