If you prefer your dip chunky, chop ingredients and mash together with a fork or blend with a hand mixer.
Place the garbanzo beans, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, spinach, avocado, chives, sea salt and cayenne pepper into a food processor or blender.
This avocado spinach hummus is one of my absolut favorites!
Enjoy it on breakfast toasts, for lunch in a salad, with crackers and veggie sticks or simply pure on a spoon.
