In summer, my favorite smoothies are the sunrise apricot strawberry smoothie, the tropical green detox smoothie, the mango smoothie and the blackberry chia seed smoothie.
You can have Tropical Coconut Smoothie using 8 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Tropical Coconut Smoothie

You need 1 large of ripe banana.

It’s 3 slice of pineapple rings.

You need 1/3 cup of pineapple juice.

Prepare 1 tbsp of cream of coconut.

Prepare 2 cup of tropical flavored yogart.

It’s 1 cup of milk.

It’s 8 of ice cubes.

It’s 1/2 cup of sugar if desired …i like mine sweet.

You can use coconut water or coconut milk in this Tropical Smoothie recipe.
I prefer coconut water because it makes the smoothie lighter and more refreshing.
But coconut milk adds a creamy feel to the smoothie, so you may like it even more.
