  17. You need 1/2 tsp of fenugreek or methi.

Add tomato, carrot, parwal, kundru, drumstick and saute for few srconds.   3. Now add dal, mix nicely. Add water if required. Add sambar masala, sugar, lemon juice. Cover with lid and keep on low to medium flame for 3-4 minutes to cook..
