  7. It’s of Salt.

  8. Prepare cube of Maggi.

Porridge beans and plantain step by step

  1. Pick diets from beans and set aside.

  2. Wash, peel and cut plantain to your required sizes.

  3. Blend crayfish, pepper and onion,vset side.

  4. Put you beans in a pot and add enough water to cook it well till it softens.

  5. Add plantain, pepper, crayfish, salt, maggi, palm oil.

  6. Allow to cook till you are satisfied.

  7. Your food is ready.

When the beans porridge is soft, add the onions, crayfish (if using it), pepper and seasoning.

Note: To get the most out of beans, it is best to cook it with one of the following: sweet yam, ripe/unripe plantain, sweet potatoes or baby corn.
