  1. Prepare of Rice-1bowl soaked and drained.

  2. Prepare of Green moong dal and white chana-1katori collectively soaked and drained.

  1. Boil the chana with moong dal with pinch of salt,turmeric powder and drops of oil and water..

  2. Boil the rice with Water till they sink fully,cloves and cinnamon..

  3. Now heat oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds and pinch of Hing and saute them..

  4. Now add chopped ginger and garlic and salute them..

  5. Now add chopped onion and saute it..

  6. Now add chopped tomato and saute it..

  7. Now add boiled chana and moong and saute them..

  8. Now add turmeric powder,Black pepper powder,Coriander powder,garam masala powder and salt as per taste and mix well..

  9. Now cover withlid and let it cook on sim for few minutes..

  10. Take them out..

  11. Now in the same cooker add little oil and spread boiled rice..

  12. Then a layer of chana and moong dal..

  13. Now again a layer of rice.

  14. Then again later of chana and moping dal..

  15. Now sprinkle sauteed onion kept aside..

  16. Now pour saffron milk.

  17. Pour desi ghee-2teaspoons..

  18. Cover with lid..

  19. Keep this cooker on area which is to be kept on slow fire to give it a steam for few minutes..
