Now take oil in a pan when oil become heat add cumin seeds,hing when it will sizzle then add ginger fry well now add onion, green chillies when onion will become Golden then add potato fry well add red chilli powder, turmeric powder cover the pan for 5-7 min now open and add soya methi tomato and salt mix all vegetables well.Now again cover pain at slow stove after 10 minutes open it.Sabji will prepare now close stove..
