  1. Gather all your ingredients.

  2. To your cooking pot add the oil and onions. Fry them till tender and translucent then add the ginger-garlic paste. Mix and let them cook till the aroma fills the room.

  5. Add the carrots and mix. Let the carrots cook for like two minutes. By now you should be having some thick stew of all the vegetables we’ve been adding. Add salt at this point.

  6. Add the dengu now and mix till everything is well combined. Pour in the milk, mix and let your stew cook for like 3-4 minutes.

  7. Add the coconut milk/ cream. Stir your stew and let it cook for 3 minutes or so. Garnish with coriander..

  8. Serve with rice or chapati and enjoy🤤.
