Thai Mango salad🥭🥭🥭. This is a nice side salad that I first had as a side at a Thai restaurant, but we like to have it with just about anything. This salad will blow you away with its tastebud-awakening flavors and mixture of textures. It uses green mango, which is mango that hasn't ripened yet, along with coconut, bean sprouts, cilantro, and spring onions, tossed in a refreshing lime dressing.

It has a pleasing range of textures: the softness of the mango contrasting the crunch from the peppers, cos lettuce and.

Cut one mango into thin matchsticks and thinly slice the other.

For us, that looks like a salad before pasta or pizza.

  4. Now add lemon juice, soya sauce, salt,pepper, olive oil and mix well….

  5. Mango salad is ready… very yummy and tasty… decorate it with ur own choice…

I basically took my Thai mango cabbage wraps as inspiration, and reimagined them as a salad.

The salad features butter lettuce (feel free to substitute your favorite green instead), sweet diced mango, red bell pepper, and jalapeño.

Biting into this salad, you'll immediately notice the amazing balance of sour, sweet, salty and spicy.

Mango slices, slightly tart and sweet, fresh herbs and spicy Thai chillies are tossed with a dressing made up of salty fish sauce, sweet honey (or palm sugar) and sour lime juice.
