Wash the rice and mix colour keep aside.

Now marinate the paneer with salt red chilli powder and sugar.

Heat a pot and add oil and ghee and add garam masala.

Fry the paneer and add the cashew-raisins and saute for few seconds.

Add the rice saute well adding salt and sugar.

Add water and cook till the rice become soft.
