Add potato and fried well. Add ginger paste and cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder and little bit of water and saute..

Add tomato and cover and cook it almost 2-3 min..

Then add sugar and add banana blossoms and mixed it very well..

Add prawns and mixed. Fried all the items on full flame..

Cover and cook it 6-7 min. Then add little bit of water and fried it..
