  1. Method Take a bowl add Curd and besan mix it well as we make kadhi.

  2. Now take a kadayi add oil,jeera,hing, curry leaves,sabut lal mirch,saute for 3 min, now add ginger garlic paste,kesuri methi. haldi,deggi mirch,salt,dhaniya powder garammasla pinch of sugar,imli pulp saute for 5 min.

  5. For stuffing.. Take a pan add oil,jeera..sonf, sabut dhania, haldi,mirch chopped onion saute for 2 min add green chillies dhaniya powder,salt garam masla.. aam ka achar ka masla and sattu sauté for 5 min. At last add coriander leaves stuffing ready…

  6. Now take dough stuff the stuffing roll it with rolling pin,and deep fry kachories ready.
