  5. It’s to taste of Ginger Greenchilly paste.

  6. It’s leaves of Chopped Coriander.

  7. It’s 1/2 tea spoon of Hing powder.

  8. Prepare to taste of Black salt.

  9. It’s to taste of salt.

  10. Prepare 1/2 tea spoon of Ajwain.

  11. You need 1 tsp of Aam ka achar Ka masala.

  12. You need as needed of Oil or ghee for fry.

Filter flour in a utensil, put oil and salt in it and mix.

With the help of warm water knead the flour.

  6. Heat the oil or ghee.

  7. Fry it in low flame.

  8. Serve it hot with achar or chutney or Aloo ki sabzi or curd.
