Take maida add salt and 2-3 tbsp oil in it and make dough of it. Cover it and keep it for 10-15 mins..

Take sattu add salt, red chilli powder, saunf powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, achaar masala in it and add some water to it and mix it properly..

Now make small balls of dough and fill sattu in it and make balls flatten it and make pooris of it. Fry it in oil..

Take mango pulp add sugar and milk to it. Mix it in blender and take it out. Add mango chunks in it and keep it in refrigerator and serve chilled..
In this roasted Sattu add red chilli powder, Garam masala, Amchur powder, salt, Green Dhaniya and mix well..
The stuffing for Kachori is ready.
Pour oil in a pan and heat, from the Kachori's dough break off a piece as big as a lemon.
