Let the sattu become soft, remove from fire and add Chilli powder, crushed coriander seeds.

Now heat some refined oil for frying the Sattu Ki Khasta Kachori in a kadhai.

Reduce the flame to medium level when the oil is heated completely.

Sattu kachori step by step

  1. Firstly make flour dough..in a big mixing bowl add flour,salt,oil,carrom seeds,kalonji and mix together.

  2. Now add gradually water and make a soft dough and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing -take a bowl mix sattu,ginger,garlic,chilli and all dry ingredients except oil and hing.

  4. Now heat oil and add hing in to hot oil mix well add this mixture to sattu and mix well,squeeze 1 lemon juice in this and mix well.

  5. Take a small part of flour dough make lemon size balls and flatten with finger on palm.

  6. Put stuffing on it.

  7. Seal the edges and fold again make a ball from this and flat gentely to make little big ball.

  8. Now make a thick puri with rolling pin make all kachories like this.

  9. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and deep fry the all kachouri on low-medium heat till golden brown.

  10. Take out from pan and put on paper napkin to remove excess oil.

  11. Serve hot.

Then transfer the Sattu Ki Khasta Kachori to it to fry until it turns golden brown on both the sides.
