For kachoris take maida,suji,kalonji,salt,and oil and in a big bowl.

Now knead a dough…soft and smooth…and keep to rest fr 20min.

For filling take all the ingredients in a bowl.

Adding little by little water….make a dry masala….we do not need a wet masala….should be dry.

Now its time to make kachoris….take small portion of balls of dough…roll into small puris..stuff the filling….close it and again roll into small thick puris…repeat the process with the whole dough….and deep fry them till crisp….take them out on kitchen tissue….

For chole boil the chole so that the chole daane is soft but not over cooked.

Now make the gravy…add 3tbs oil in kdai….whwn heated add bay leaves,cloves,cinnamon stick….when saute……add zeera and kala zeera..when changes colour……..add chopped or paste of green chilli and ginger….add tomato puree…cook fr 5min….add dhania,kashmiri red chilli powder,kitchen king or chole masale….and cook till oil leaves the masale…….

Now add the boiled choles…and cook till..gravy becomes dense and all the masale incorporates in the chole….

Once the chole r boiled. Take out in the bowl…garnish with green coriander…ur spicy and chatpate chole r ready to serve.
