It is a fragrant sweet rice dish which is also known as Mishti Pulao.
It is the combination of rice with some whole spices, ground spice, ginger paste and dry fruits and its prepared in Ghee (Clarified Butter).
Ghee bhat also known as mishti pulao, is made with either Basmati rice or Gobindobhog rice and is very famous all over West Bengal.

Wash the rice,and soak in enough water,for 1hr.heat the ghee in a pan,and add bay leaf,badam,elachi,dalchini,cloves,and stir for a min..

Most of them had veggies in them, but the one I selected was so simple without any veggies.
