Sattu Kachori. So lets prepare Sattu ki Kachori for breakfast this weekend. It is very easy to prepare Sattu Ki Kachori and it also consumes less time. These days Sattu ki Kachori is available in grocery stores in almost all cities.

Ingredients of Sattu Kachori

  2. You need of grated ginger.

  3. You need of green chilli (chopped).

  4. Prepare of any pickle.

  5. It’s of ajwain.

  8. Prepare of lemon juice.

It can be prepared in several ways, I have made the party version of the sattu kachori recipe, here I have prepared a special paste to be applied on the chapatis to make it more crispy and flaky.

But remember that the Sattu Ki Khasta Kachori should be thicker than a poori.

Now heat some refined oil for frying the Sattu Ki Khasta Kachori in a kadhai.

Sattu Kachori instructions

  1. Ingredients… for stuffing..

  2. Take a bowl, add sattu, green chilli, kalonji, ajwain, pickle, grated ginger, salt and mustard oil. Mix well..

  3. Add lemon juice. Mix well. The mixture should be binding as shown in the figure..

  4. For dough. Take a bowl, add wheat flour, maida, ghee, salt. Mix well..

  5. Add water as required. Knead the dough nor too hard nor too soft. Rest for 10 mins..

  6. Make small balls from the dough. Give the katori shape..

  7. Fill 1 spoon stuffing in katori shape dough balls, seal from all the edges. Roll it with the help of rolling pin in poori shape..

  8. Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying. Put stuffed raw poori in hot oil. keep the flame medium low. Fry till golden brown and crispy..

  9. Enjoy sattu kachori in breakfast !!!.

Reduce the flame to medium level when the oil is heated completely.

Then transfer the Sattu Ki Khasta Kachori to it to fry until it turns golden brown on both the sides.

Kachori is a deep fried Indian bread had as snack/breakfast.
