How to Refreshing Eating on a Dime Instant Kaju badam katli (cashew and almond katli) Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Instant Kaju badam katli (cashew and almond katli). Add the sugar and water to the pot and mix well. Badam Cashew Burfi or Katli whatever u call it is an exotic sweet that calls for very less ghee. To be precise just a teaspoon or two.

They are my favourite kind of barfi since it doesn't need any major sugar consistency checking.

And it taste way more delicious that regular ones.

These ones are soft and taste rich, love it.

You can cook Instant Kaju badam katli (cashew and almond katli) using 7 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

Ingredients of Instant Kaju badam katli (cashew and almond katli)

  1. It’s of cashew and almond flour (powder).

  2. You need of sugar.

  3. Prepare of water.

  4. You need of cardamom powder.

  5. It’s of butte or ghee.

  6. It’s of mava (optional).

  7. It’s of silver vark/leafs (optional).

Instant-pot Almond/badam katli is an easy and made with Almond flour.

Its a gluten free and Can be made as Vegan too by substituting clarified butter with vegan butter.

Kesar kaju katli- Dry roast some saffron (kesar) strands, then powder it in the mortar pestle, and add to the cashew nut powder and sugar mixture, proceed with the recipe as mentioned below.

Kaju badam katli recipe- Use half of cashew nut powder and blanched almond powder.

Instant Kaju badam katli (cashew and almond katli) instructions

  1. Take a pot add water and sugar and mix well then add cardamom powder. And make sugar syrup in medium flame(it take 4-5 minutes approx).

  2. Now add almond and cashew flour and mix well then add grated mava (optional) and stir until well combined..

  3. The mixture should easily leave the sides of the pot. And look like a dough. Turn off the flame and let it be cool for 5-6 minutes.

  4. Dump the dough out onto a well greased piece. Place parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to desired thickness..

  5. This mixture will set in 10 minutes. Furthermore cut the dough into your desired shape..

  6. You can also decorate with silver vark. And enjoy it..

Badam katli- Swap the cashew powder entirely with blanched almond.
