Ingredients of Simple Poha Upma

  1. You need 2 cups of chivda.

  2. You need 1 of medium boiled potato, chopped.

  3. It’s 1 of medium onion, chopped.

  6. You need 7-8 of curry leaves.

  3. Add chopped onions and saute till rawness is gone. Now add chopped tomatoes, ginger and chilli. Saute till tomatoes are softened..

  4. Add chopped boiled potatoes,mix and coat with the masala in the kadhai. Saute for a minute in medium flame..

  5. Add the chivda with the masala in the kadhai and cook in light hand. Mix well with masala and cook for 2 minutes.
