The next in my series of homemade popsicles is a very delicious yet very simple - Badam Kesar Kulfi.
Kulfi ice cream is very popular in India and often known as the traditional Indian ice cream.
It is made from slow boiling the milk until it is almost reduced in half and then natural flavoring substances are added to make it even more delicious!

You need 1 cup of full fat milk.

You need 1/3 cup of condensed milk.

You need 2-3 tbsp of Kesar badam syrup.

Mix all the ingredients well..

Pour it in popsicle mould and freeze for 7-8 hrs..

After removing from freezer put them in a normal water for few seconds then gently remove from mould..
Kulfi is a frozen creamy dessert with milk and nuts as base.

I used everest kesar milk masala here instead of chopped almonds.
If your rose syrup also contains sugar add less sugar to the milk, else the Popsicle will turn overly sweet.
