First heat the ghee.then put the ghee in wheat flour not all quantity & mix it nicely. When we r rubbing ghee & flour it should be like bread crumbs. It will be mutthi bandh. Then add little hot water & shape each dough portion in the shape of your fist & press with your fingers in the center of each portion to make a mutthiya.

Heat the ghee in a pan & deep fry the mutthiya on slow flame. Till they r in golden colour. remove it & crushed it with spoon. Allow them to cool. After cooling grind it in mixer like bread crumbs..

Take this in a pan & roast it without ghee till it becomes in golden brown colour. Then add crushed almonds & mix it well & rotary for 2-3 minutes now add grated coconut mix it well & switch off the gas..

When it is Lukewarm add puffed Gond, crushed pista, cardamom powder, saffron & nutmeg & mace powder. When it is fully cool down add ground sugar & Lukewarm ghee mix it nicely & make ladoos.we can serve it this without making ladoo also..

Note- For gond-Take a pan put ghee heat on low heat; now fry the gond & make it fulla when u will fry gond it will puff & keep it separate.
