Mini Badam utapam. I use this mini pancake pan which I love. Heat the pan on medium flame and smear some oil and pour a spoonful of batter in each mold. Cook the pancakes evenly on both sides till they turn golden.

Prepare 2 cup and 10 cup of Dosa batter rice and urad dal grinded with salt for taste).

The dal and rice are ground and fermented.
However, unlike Dosa , Uttapam is little thicker and is topped with different types of veggies like onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, green chilli, sweet corn etc.

First make Badam powder.. Keep it aside. Take a pan Put f oil. Add mustard seed, urad dal, Chanadal curry leaves. Let it become brown. Now add chopped onion,chopped coriander, sliced green chilli fry well till onion golden brown..

Now put the content in the batter mix well. Now make mini dosa. Slowly turn it both the sides and put Badam one side close the utapam. Decorate it with tomato sauce. Healthy yummy south Indian Badam utapam ready..
