  2. It’s 2 cup of wheat flour.

  3. It’s 2 tbsp of icing sugar.

  4. It’s 1 tsp of salt.

  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Baking powder.

  7. It’s 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.

  4. Knead the dough,Put into fridge for 20 minutes,After 15 minutes,make ball from the dough,roll it and cut into rectangular pieces.Transfer it into baking tray.

  5. Bake at 180 degree for 10 to 15 minutes in preheated oven.

  6. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the cookies.

  7. Jeera cookies ready to served.
