  7. You need 1 tsp of ginger.

  12. It’s 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.

To begin making the Instant Rava Appam With Vegetables, add rawa, yogurt and required water in a mixing bowl.

Instant Rava Appam instructions

  1. Roast Rava on medium flame for 5 minutes. Let in cool down.

  2. Once it cools down to it add yogurt and mix it well.

  3. Add water to the mixture to make thick flowly consistency batter..

  4. Now add 1/2 tsp of baking soda to it. And keep it aside for 15 minutes.

  5. After 15 minutes add onions, capsicum, ginger, green chillis Tobit and mix it well.

  6. Now add all the dry masala.

  7. Heat the Appam pan and grease it..

  8. Once the pan is ready drop in the mixture and cook it till golden brown or till the toothpick comes out clean..

Make a lump free batter, make sure it should be like an idli batter.

You can adjust water consistency accordingly.

This Rava Appam is very soft and as good as the normal traditional appam.the plus point here is that it requires hardly any time for fermentation.
