You need 1 cup of Almond.

It’s 1/2 cup of Sugar.

It’s 1/4 cup of Water.

Boil 1 cup water,when it starts to boil add almonds.

Let it cook for 3mins..

Switch off and rinse it in cold water..

Remove the skin, it will easily peel off..

Transfer badams to a mixer Grind it to a semi fine powder..

Take sugar in a thick bottomed kadai,Now add water..

Stir in till sugar dissolves..

As sugar dissolves and it starts to bubble up,add the badam mixture..

Keep stirring in low flame.

Add cardamom powder,keep stirring..

As you feel mixture is dry add 1/2 tsp ghee and then knead it..

Place the dough on a plate..

On butter paper grease ghee start rolling with a chapathi roller to 1/4 inch thick..

Cut into diamonds..

Place it plate garnish it with aonds and let it cool..

Store it in air tight container..
