Badam Halwa step by step

  1. At First, make the Badam to get boiled with Water for 15 Minutes. After that, Remove all the Outer Part of the Badam.

  2. Then Add the Badam into the Mixie Jar and Add some Milk to it and Grind it well.

  3. Then Add the Remaining Milk in a Pan and Add the Badam Paste with it and Mix them well.

  4. Then Add the Ghee with it and Mix Well.

  5. After that, Add the Saffron to it and Mix them well.

  6. Then Add the Sugar and if Necessary, Add some Extra Ghee to it and Mix well and after 15 Minutes of Mixing, our Badam Halwa is Ready to Serve Now!!.

First bite and their halwa was too sweet for my taste buds, but I wanted to get the same texture as their halwa.
