Take hot water in a pan. Add badam soacked 30 minutes and peal the skin. Take a mixi jar add badam and water make a coarse powder. Take a pan add milk and badam cooked 10 minutes in medium flame..

Then add Kesar powder and sugar continuously stir with laddle 10 minutes in medium flame..

Then add ghee 50 gm stir continuously 10 minutes and add pinch of salt..

Again add ghee 50 gm stir continuously 10 minutes..

Again add ghee 50 gm stir continuously 5 minutes. It will thicken and release the ghee that time switch off the gas. Badam Halwa ready to serve..
First bite and their halwa was too sweet for my taste buds, but I wanted to get the same texture as their halwa.
