Ingredients of Achari Keema Spring Rolls

  1. You need 400 gms of Mutton Mince.

  2. You need 1 tsp of Salt or to taste.

  3. You need 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.

  4. Prepare 3 tbsp of Hung Curd.

  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Red Chilli powder.

  6. It’s 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.

  14. It’s 1/4 tsp of Fenugreek Seeds.

  16. Prepare 20-25 of Spring Roll Sheets.

Heat the oil in deep kadhai or a wok.

Deep fry the spring rolls until brown and crisp.

  1. Dry roast all the achari masala ingredients at first. Make a fine powder. In a pan, heat oil and saute the ginger garlic paste at first. Followed by the onion and cabbage until translucent..
