You need 100 gram of tuar daal.

You need 50 gram of moong daal.

Prepare 1/2 table spoon of turmeric powder.

You need 1 table spoon of red chilli powder.

Prepare 2 table spoon of oil.
Add the sambar powder gradually while stirring,as there are chances of forming lumps.
Add this to the cooked rice.
I used a pot shaped pressure cooker for making sambar rice.
Add the mashed dal and mix well with out mashing the veggies.

Wash both the dal. Choppe all the vegetables in to a big pieces..

Put dal and vegetable in a pressure cooker. Add turmeric and salt to it. Add one cup of water. Now cook it for 10 minutes or till 2 to 3 whistle on medium flame..

Let it cool. Then whisk it nicely. Now add 2 cups of water and whisk it again..

Now heat oil in a woke. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds,curry leaves,red chillies and asofodita. Let it cool for 2 minutes. Now add sambhar masala,red chilli powder and chaat masala to it. Cook it for a minute..

Now add cooked dal to it and cook it for 5 minutes..

Sambhar is ready. Serve it with plane rice. It tastes so yummy..
