  1. Cut yam into round then peel it then cut into medium sizes then wash the yam add them to a pot pour in water then add some salt..

  2. Then cook the yam to tender drain and allow it to cool completely..

  3. Add flour and corn flour and dried celery and tumeric mix together mix well..

  4. Then crack eggs in a bowl add seasoning cube and curry whisk well the dip yam in eggs then coat with flour mixture theat oil in a pan fry them till golden and crispy..

  5. Ready to be enjoy you eat with any source of your choice..
