A pulao is a one pot dish of rice and vegetables or a protein cooked together with aromatics (onions, garlic, ginger etc), spices and herbs.

Soak the rice for at-least half an hour.

Speedy veg pulao instructions

  1. Wash the rice and cut all the veggies and take a pressure cooker and add oil and ghee togather and switch on the gas..

  2. When ghee and oil mixture hot add whole dry masala,pinch hing.Then add kismis and cashews and roast it for few seconds. Then add curry leaves and chillies..

  3. Then add nutrella soya bean vadi and roast for few minutes. Then add rice and all veggies and roast for few seconds..

  4. Then mix it properly and add 3 and 1/4cup water, bhaja masala and salt as per taste and mix it.cover the lid and do 3-4 whistle..

  5. When pressure cooker is become completely cool open the lid and serve pulav with curd or any gravy or kadhi or salad..
