I can't say I'm an expert at this Middle Eastern egg dish by any means, but I can say that over time I've learned to prepare it simply and just the way I like it: with.

  1. Prepare all the ingredients…as have to be quick….heat oil in a pan add the onion,cumin and ginger garlic and chilli paste n saute.

  2. Now add the tomato, capsicum and chilli…mix now add red chilli pwd,coriander pwd and mix.

  3. Now add tomato paste, salt and a pinch of garam masala n saute few seconds..

  4. Now add the coriander leaves and mint leaves, now make 3 parts in masala in each part add little butter and 1 egg…(total 3 parts with 3 egg)now cover n Cook few seconds n its ready.
