Hey there, today we are making a common meal in the Kenyan household, Fried Ngengu served with rice.
But you know the twist is that good Malcom's Mchuzi Mix.
I have it over a bed of warm rice or chapati and I am good to go.

Thoroughly wash the green grams and place them in a pressure cooker.

Add some water and let the green grams to cook untill soft.
