Hey there, today we are making a common meal in the Kenyan household, Fried Ngengu served with rice.

But you know the twist is that good Malcom's Mchuzi Mix.

I have it over a bed of warm rice or chapati and I am good to go.

Ndengu served with rice step by step

  1. Thoroughly wash the green grams and place them in a pressure cooker.

  2. Add some water and let the green grams to cook untill soft.

  3. Prepare the ingredients, onions, garlic,carrots, tomatoes, Dania.

  4. Put the onions in a sauce pan and fry them till brown add in garlic then carrots.

  5. Then add in tomatoes, salt and some seasoning allow then to cook for some 3 minutes.
